FK Bohemians Prague is a women's football club from Střížkov, Prague, Czech Republic, representing FK Bohemians Prague (Střížkov) in the Czech First Division. It was founded in 2012. In their first season they won Czech Second Division, won promotion play-off against Olomouc 6–4 on aggregate and also won the relegation play-off against Brno 2–2 (4-3 on penalties) on aggregate and were promoted to the first division.
